About the Role
Crowdsense is growing and is looking for an experienced hands-on hustler to execute and run our sales and business development with trading platforms, brokers, exchanges, hedge funds, token issuers, OTC desks, market makers, and other market participants.
You will need to:
1. Establish partnerships with trading platforms, exchanges, and other consumer facing customers
2. Build a sales pipeline for our API with algo trading companies, market makers, or hedge funds
3. Build a sales pipeline for our Crowdsense Professional Terminal
4. Design and maintain our offerings, pricing, and sales process
5. Close deals and grow our sales based on quota metrics
Requirements
You are a hustler by nature and love the interaction with your clients and getting to win/win deals. You have a strong interest/affinity in finance, crypto, data and trading. You are excited to work in a fast-paced start-up environment where there are always new projects and challenges. While day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around business development, you will work closely with the founders and business partners and interact with customers.
You bring professional experience:
● Experience in forming strategic partnerships, SaaS sales and Enterprise Consultancy, with a demonstrated track record of success
● Experience from the corporate and the startup world
● International experience in the US and/or Europe
● You bring sales experience by ticking at least 3 out of 4
○ 2+ years of experience in sales of SaaS Enterprise Software.
○ 2+ years in a startup as (one of the first) sales/business development
○ 3+ years of sales to US and/or European customers
○ 3+ years of sales to financial services, capital markets, or crypto customers
● You understand the financial industry, the mindset and talk the jargon
● Strong understanding of Blockchain and Crypto - You must be up-to-date and able to drive conversations about topics like layer 1s, DeFi farming, DAOs, NFTs, and blockchain data.
● If you bring trading experience yourself, this is a strong advantage
